Refurbishment of a 400mm Diameter Rotor
At NSN Engineering Services Ltd, we work closely with our clients to offer a bespoke refurbishing facility tailored to meet specific needs. One example is the refurbishment of a 400mm diameter Rotor, designed as a cost-effective solution to extend its productive life. This process helps preserve valuable raw materials while providing significant financial savings. The Rotor's faces were bored to accommodate wear plates, which were welded into position before the component was machined back to its original dimensions and returned to the client for reassembly.
